Part 1: Introduction & Interview

Examiner asks general questions about yourself, home, family, job, studies, and familiar everyday topics.

💡 Strategy: Speak naturally, avoid 1-word answers, use varied sentence structures.
3 – 4 Minutes (1m prep + 2m speech)

Part 2: Long Turn (Cue Card)

You receive a task card with prompts. You have 1 minute to take notes and must speak for 1 to 2 minutes continuously.

💡 Strategy: Cover all bullet points, structure your story chronologically, maintain eye contact.
4 – 5 Minutes

Part 3: Two-Way Discussion

The examiner discusses abstract issues related to Part 2. Tests your ability to justify opinions, analyze, and speculate.

💡 Strategy: Use advanced linking phrases, explore multiple perspectives, give real-world examples.
