1. About Oxygen Education

Oxygen Education is an educational technology and coaching platform founded by Dr. Mukesh Parmar, offering systematic English language courses, IELTS & PTE computer-delivered practice tests, speaking assessments, and diagnostic learning tools based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

2. User Accounts & Device Access Limit

To access course chapters and mock test simulators, students register using a valid mobile phone number verified via One-Time Password (OTP).

• Fair Usage & Device Limit: Each registered student account is strictly permitted for use on up to one (1) Mobile device and one (1) Laptop / Desktop PC.
• Account sharing, credential distribution, or logging into multiple unauthorized devices is strictly prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided on this platform—including proprietary English chapters, lesson notes, audio recordings, video lectures, IELTS/PTE mock tests, practice questions, UI designs, code, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of Oxygen Education.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, publish, display, modify, transmit, or exploit any content from Oxygen Education without prior written authorization from the management.

4. Payment & Access to Premium Modules

Oxygen Education provides both free introductory modules/diagnostic tests and paid access to comprehensive chapters, simulators, and evaluations.

• Payments are processed securely through certified Indian payment gateways (such as Razorpay).
• Upon successful payment completion, your account is immediately granted digital access to the selected course, chapter tier, or test credits.
• Pricing for courses and test bundles is clearly specified on the respective checkout pages and is subject to change at the institute's discretion.

5. Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass device limits, security tokens, or DRM protections.
• Interfere with server integrity, database operations, or API services.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract mock test questions or answers.
• Submit misleading, offensive, or fraudulent information during registration or speaking tests.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Oxygen Education strives to simulate authentic exam conditions (such as CD-IELTS and PTE patterns) and provide the highest pedagogical standards, we do not guarantee specific minimum band scores or exam outcomes, as individual results depend upon candidate dedication, preparation, and external test conditions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
