Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Services & Free Trial

Oxygen Education primarily provides instant digital educational goods, including:

• Chapter-by-chapter interactive English video and text lessons.
• Authentic IELTS & PTE practice tests, passages, and full computer-delivered mock tests.
• Diagnostic band score evaluations and detailed faculty corrections.

To help learners make an informed decision, we offer free diagnostic assessments and sample lessons so you can experience our teaching methodology and test interface before making any payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Because digital access to tests, exercises, and study material is granted automatically and instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation:

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once digital course materials, practice tests, or mock exam credits have been accessed or initiated by the student.
• If you made an accidental purchase and have not yet accessed or started any test/chapter, you must contact our support within 24 hours of the transaction to request an order cancellation.

3. Refund Policy & Eligible Circumstances

Refunds are granted under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate or Double Deduction: If your bank account or card was charged twice for the same order due to a network glitch or timeout during payment processing, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
• Technical Non-Delivery: If payment is debited from your account but our platform fails to grant digital access within 24 hours due to a technical server error that our technical team cannot resolve upon notice.
• Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after attempting mock tests, failure to achieve desired band scores on external official exams, or accounts suspended due to violations of our device limit / account sharing rules.

4. Refund Request Process & Timelines

To submit a refund request:

1. Send an email to support@oxygeneducation.in or send a message via WhatsApp to +91 73831 30062 within 48 hours of the transaction.
2. Include your registered mobile number, Razorpay Payment / Order ID, transaction receipt, and the reason for the refund request.
3. Our administration team will review and verify your request within 2 business days.
4. Once approved, the refund will be automatically initiated to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) via Razorpay. The refunded amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycle.
