• Academic & Test Performance Data: Your mock test responses, reading/listening practice answers, speaking assessment recordings/feedback, writing diagnostic submissions, and band score calculations.
• Technical & Device Information: Device types (e.g., mobile phone vs. desktop PC), operating system, browser type, and anonymous session identifiers solely utilized to enforce our 1-mobile + 1-PC fair access policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for educational and service fulfillment purposes:

• To authenticate your student login and protect your account from unauthorized access.
• To save your progress through the 150+ English chapters and calculate IELTS/PTE simulator scores.
• To allow teachers and mentors to provide customized guidance on your speaking and writing tests.
• To send crucial updates regarding course access, practice schedules, or transaction receipts.

3. Payment Security & Financial Data

When purchasing premium chapters, mock test series, or coaching modules:

• All payment transactions are handled through trusted, RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways such as Razorpay.
• We do NOT collect, view, or store your sensitive payment credentials (such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords) on our servers.
• The payment gateway securely verifies and processes your transaction, transmitting only a confirmation status (transaction ID, amount, and timestamp) back to us to unlock your content.

4. Cookies & Browser Storage

We use browser local storage and essential session cookies to remember your login session, active test timer state, and current chapter progress so your work is not lost if your internet connection disconnects mid-test. We do not use third-party intrusive tracking cookies.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We respect your confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or academic information to third-party advertisers or telemarketers. We share information only with trusted infrastructure providers (such as Supabase for database hosting, AWS/cloud hosting, and Razorpay for payment processing) strictly to deliver our services.

6. Data Retention & User Rights

Your learning progress and test history are retained for the duration of your active enrollment so you can track your band score improvements. You may request account deletion or export of your academic records at any time by contacting our support team.
